Wir waren im Mollys und BEGEISTERT. Das Ambiente ist sehr gemütlich und entspannt, die Bedienung sympathisch und aufmerksam. Das Essen war absolute Weltklasse, siehe Bilder, ich vermute hier ist ein Sternekoch am Werk. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr empfehlenswert!! Ich war heute zum zweiten Mal im Mollys & liebe das Café. Vom Servicepersonal, der super netten & herzlichen Besitzerin bis zum Essen & Trinken, ist wirklich alles perfekt. Wer guten Kaffe, Matcha, Smoothie & Tees und leckeres Frühstück (von Stullen bis Bowls) mag, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben.

Ich war heute im Mollys und habe hier einen Cappuccino und einen cheescake mit Pistazien Schicht gegessen. Wir saßen direkt rechts, hinter der Kaffeemaschine, es gibt auch ruhigere Plätzchen. Der Ambiente hat mir sehr gefallen: verputze Wende und reduzierte deko. Der Cappuccino war wunderbar. So wie er zu sein hat. Der Kuchen war auch sehr lecker: sahnig und mit der Pistazien Creme ein schöner Kontrast. Etwas irritiert hat mich die Gabel größe. Für mich ist Kuchen essen keine Achtsamkeitsübung sonder guilty plasure. Werde bestimmt wiederkomme.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal dort und wurden super positiv überrascht. Auf einen kleinen Extrawunsch wurde total zuvorkommend und kreativ reagiert, indem das Essen einfach angepasst wurde. Die Bedienung war dabei super freundlich. Es hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt! Auch Hunde sind hier willkommen

Such a lovely little brunch place We had two sourdough breads and the vegan granola bowl. Both was incredible, but the granola bowl was something special. Also the coffee was really good and we experienced nice service.

Bei diesem Café stimmt alles! Gemütliches Interior und super lieber Service. Es sieht alles nicht nur wahnsinnig schön aus, sondern schmeckt auch genauso. Kann das Mollys wärmstens empfehlen.

As someone new to Braunschweig and deeply in love with coffee, I found myself searching for a place that could offer me peace — not just good drinks. One day, when I was feeling a little low, I stumbled upon Mollys, sat on one of the outdoor chairs… and something shifted. This is not just a café. It’s a space filled with soul. You can feel the love in every detail — from the cozy corners and the soft colors, to the beautiful ceramics and the way everything is thoughtfully arranged. The drinks are wonderful. My favorite is the pink latte — gentle, comforting and unique — but I also love their coffee and generous, delicious breakfasts. The staff always greets you with a smile and the kind of energy that makes you feel welcome no matter how your day is going. Yes, sometimes it’s busy and you may need to wait a bit for your drink — but honestly, it’s worth it. That warm, creative atmosphere makes it a place to breathe and slow down. Mollys has become my little sanctuary. I try to go at least three times a week just to recharge, sip something beautiful, and let the space do its quiet magic. Mollys ist viel mehr als ein Café – es ist ein Ort voller Liebe und Ruhe. Als ich neu in Braunschweig war, hat es mir Trost gespendet und ein echtes Zuhausegefühl gegeben. Besonders liebe ich den Pink Latte, aber auch der Kaffee und das Frühstück sind köstlich und großzügig. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und herzlich. Es ist manchmal voll, ja – aber es lohnt sich jedes Mal. Ich gehe mindestens dreimal pro Woche dorthin, einfach um mich selbst ein bisschen zu verwöhnen.
